The stunning trees, stars and speed lines that shine in Sydney’s NorthConnex motorway tunnel are now lighting up the world. The tunnel has received a major honour at the International Association of Lighting Designers Awards, streamed online on 25 June 2021, from Chicago.
Quarterly toll adjustment from 1 July 2021
A quarterly toll adjustment on the NorthConnex tunnel motorway will take effect from 1 July 2021.
$3 billion NorthConnex officially opened
Australia’s deepest road tunnel, NorthConnex will open to motorists tonight with the final tests and safety checks being completed on the $3 billion Sydney mega project that will change the way drivers travel across the city.
Safety first for NorthConnex
Last Friday, the Minister for Police and Emergency Services and the Member for Baulkham Hills the Hon. David Elliot visited NorthConnex to highlight the safety features in the tunnels.
