To ensure NorthConnex continues to operate safely, the tunnel will close in both northbound and southbound directions for routine maintenance from 9pm to 5am on Saturday 10 February to Thursday 15 February 2024.

Traffic changes

To minimise disruption to road users and for the safety of our workers, these works will take place at night.

During tunnel closures, motorists can detour via Pennant Hills Road to join the M1 at Wahroonga or M2 at West Pennant Hills.

Overhead variable messages and traffic control signs will alert road users of all changes to traffic conditions in the area.
